TRANSFORMATION

                    DAYS NEVER REMAIN SAME WHEN ONE REALLY HAVE                                           THAT FIRE TO CHANGE IT!!!!!
Ya!!! exactly same happened in my case.After doing global level project i.e.(NEWSPAPER BAG PROJECT) on this Sunday the feedback that i got from my parents,relatives,teachers,friends was unbelievable.Every person with whom i shared about the project which i did, there feedback was  "I'M PROUD OF YOU RENU". This feedback totally changed me.It buildup so much of confidence in me.As you already know about my blog "MY FIRST STEP" its all about project.Feedback for that blog was really awesome!!!My mentor said me its " FABULOUS" many of people where like you can really start writing blogs and it aroused me now to write this blog.The best part  was, around 8:30pm at 14th September my mentor Dr.Surendra sir called me and gave me a biggest Surpise (it was really unbelievable for me) that was "renuka you are invited as guest speaker in Bharti Vidyapeeth college". That feeling i still can't explain.I was totally amazed!!The girl who never had experience in her college or school days to speak in front of people is now invited as guest speaker in another college.That moment was one of the best moment of my life.After that i immediately called my dad to share this news with him.His words was "I'M PROUD OF YOU RENU" that very moment tears rolled down from my eyes.My very first dream was that "my dad should say I'm proud of you" and it became true.That night i really couldn't sleep.Renu which was before was now totally changed.It gave me so much of confidence.Now that day arrived when i had to speak in front of 100students.Conference started by 12pm .During the whole conference i got to learn so many things.The way my mentor speaks ,the way they give thanks to people,the way they represent themselves,the way they share their ideas ,stories and many more.That moment arrived when i have to speak in front of 100 students, only thing which was going through my mind was that i have to give my best.Bharath sir gave wonderful introduction of mine to students that gave me confidence to speak.And i started with my speech,i shared all my experience that i got from i3 all proud moments and through out my speech my confidence was high.After that i was applauded by students.Few days before for me it was most difficult task and now i have addressed 100students that was really achievement for me and its all became possible because of my parents support,my mentor Dr.Surendra sir who kept so much of faith in me and gave me this opportunity and my i3 family.Dr.Surender sir is a role model for me.Sir told me you rocked it.That was the happiest moment for me.

                                                   OVERCOMING MY STAGE FEAR

i3 has given me so much of confidence.It gave me purpose to live,to dream big and to achieve the things which seems to be impossible.I'm blessed to be part of i3 family.i3 gives the direction to our life and make you fly high.

Lastly i would conclude that i got INFLUENCED  by my mentors, their stories INSPIRED me and their faith in me IMPACTED through my achievements and  that's what  i3 is!!!

THINGS THAT I HAVE LEARNED:
1)ALWAYS FOLLOW YOUR MENTORS .
2) BELIEVE IN YOURSELF THAT YOU CAN MAKE YOUR DREAMS TRUE.
3)ALWAYS DREAM BIG AND WORK HARD FOR IT.
4)INVEST IN YOURSELF.
