The Conference was held in Yogi Executive Hotel ,Vashi .A lot of youth was gathered for the Conference.All were so enthusiast to see Sujit Lalwani Sir.I saw that shine in the eyes of the youth who aspires to achieve lot in their life which bought them to i3 Insight Conference.Conference started by 11 am .Wow!!!It was great start for Conference by KHAT video.That video bought everyones attention at one place.It really explained the purpose of our life in the simple way .Hussain sir gave delightful start to the Conference then the rocking man was called between us and who is none another then Mr.Bharath G C sir.Sir always says "Jab Bharath G C bolta hai na sab sunte hai" ya its 1000% true sir.He is a of source energy and inspiration.He gave the energetic start to the conference.He explained every aspect of i3 to the youth.
After that sir called Ms.Vaishali Bhopi ma'am.She is ever smiling ma'am.She is final year engineering student from IT department.She has thought 12000+ kids in government schools. She cracked first ever interview of her life and got placed in TCS for Rs.3.5L per annum!!! She is among only 13 'IT' dept students who got selected out of 200 students who appeared for campus interview.She shared her experience with us. i3 is proud of her.

After that Bharath sir called a terrific person who is doing his 4th year engineering and yet he is the Founder and Developer of "FOCUS MANIAC " App.He is none another then Mr.Anuj Tiwari sir.Sir was the Mumbai season 1 delegate of i3.He shared his story.He failed 100 times but he didnt give up and he did everthing by himself.His App was launched yesterday in conference itself.We feel proud to have him in i3.Lessons we learned from him :
1.NEVER GIVE UP.
2.DO IT YOURSELF.
3.NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE.

After that sir called Mr.Sagar hemant.He shared us about the project he is doing from 7th std.The project is that they are writing letters to soldiers and sending to them.Due to their project other schools too got inspired by them and they too started writing letters. Unexpected ,they got reply from one soldier and reply was "JAB MERA YE SHARIR AMAR KEHLAEGA , YAAD RAKHNA MERE NAWAB WO TERA KHAT DAFAN HONE WAKT BHI LE JAEGA".Its really heart touching.We salute Mr.Sagar hemant for his work.

After that sir called Abhishek shukla .He shared with us that one guy from orrisa invited him as speaker.He just sem1 engineering student.He is upcoming good speaker.

After that most awaited moment came.We got connected to Mr.Sujit Lalwani Sir through skype.We had question answer session .Sir answered every question and he even gave permission to Tejal i3 delegate to bring i3 at her native place and he even added that he will be joining them through skype their.We learned from him that "Do what is needed first then do what you want".After that he said beautiful lines
